We collect the email address and display name you provide when signing up, the content of products you generate, brand assets you upload (logos, colors), payment metadata from our payment processor, and standard analytics (pages visited, device, IP-derived country).

2. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the Service, generate the products you request, deliver hosted sales pages, process payments and payouts, communicate with you about your account, and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. AI Processing

Topics, prompts, and edits you submit are sent to third-party AI providers to generate your product. We do not authorize those providers to train their general models on your content.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, database, AI providers, payment processor) required to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

6. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time. Contact us via in-app support to make a request.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 30 days.

8. Children

AiBookcore is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
