Refund Policy

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 1-day free trial that includes 1 generated product. No payment is required during the trial.

Subscription Refunds

If you are unhappy with your AiBookcore subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid charge, provided you have generated fewer than 5 products on that subscription.

Renewal charges (after the first month) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10 products have been generated. After that window, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.

Customer Purchases (Sales Pages)

If you sold a digital product through AiBookcore and a buyer requests a refund, refunds are at your discretion as the seller. Reach out to support and we'll help you reverse the transaction and adjust earnings.

How to Request

Contact us via the in-app support channel with your account email and the reason for the request. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within hours. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
