1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AiBookcore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AiBookcore provides AI-assisted tools to generate, brand, export, and optionally sell digital products such as ebooks, guides, workbooks, and similar materials.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use AiBookcore.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the products you generate using AiBookcore and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including reselling them. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AiBookcore to generate or distribute illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property, hateful or harassing content, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content intended to deceive or defraud.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or threaten its integrity.

9. Disclaimers

AiBookcore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing or selling.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiBookcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or data.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
